Join our in-person AI Hackathon focused on building autonomous vision agents using the FiftyOne open-source ecosystem.

Whether you’re curious about Visual AI, excited about agents, or just want to build something cool in a few hours, this hackathon is for you. Bring your laptop, your ideas, curiosity and creativity and your energy!

Agents World is a fast-paced, hands-on Visual AI hackathon focused on building autonomous vision agents using the FiftyOne open-source ecosystem.

FiftyOne is an open source computer vision app that enables you to annotate samples, curate visual data and evaluate models. No previous experience with FiftyOne required.

Participants will use real datasets and plugins to create practical, creative, applications where the agents analyze visual data, reason about it, and take action…all in just a few hours!

Hackathon Tracks

Each team will:

Choose 1–2 plugins from the FiftyOne ecosystem
Turn those plugins into a real, practical, innovative application
Define a clear use case

The ecosystem includes 100+ plugins for datasets, tools, and models, enabling teams to create Visual AI applications quickly.

Schedule

10:00 AM – Welcome and introduction
10:15 AM – Find teammates & pip install fiftyone
10:30 AM – Workshop challenges with special prizes
12:30 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – Plugin tracks: define your use case
1:30 PM – Hacking!
3:00 PM – First push to GitHub
5:00 PM – Final push to GitHub & judging begins

Agentic AI Development Microcredential

Participants who build a working Visual AI prototype and deliver a short demo using FiftyOne plugins will earn the Agentic AI Development Microcredential, issued by The GAME School at Arizona State University.
